Rubber Industry
Zinc Oxide
This product is used as a vulcanising agent, process activator, accelerator,
heat stabilizer and special rubber strengthening agent in the manufacturing
process.
We offer two grades manufactured under the “French Process”, a Standard
Grade and Pharmaceutical Grade.
The Standard Grade is a “White Seal Quality” but
is often used against the less pure “Red Seal Qualities” traditionally
supplied into the industry.
The Pharmaceutical Grade has very low heavy metal traces
and is FDA approved.

Metal Soaps
Because of its excellent separating properties and its acceptability in rubber formulations, zinc stearate can be used as separating agent. Environmentally friendly substances such as magnesium and calcium soaps as well as complex formulations and dispersions are available as alternatives with easy processability.
Processing aids of special stearic acids, including glycerine as well as additive mixtures guarantee a trouble-free production process.
